Jaffe Family Law Group Partner Sandra Mendell spoke at the 2nd Annual Sorrell Trope Family Law Trial Institute Program on March 24, 2018. The panels consisted of experienced Bench and Los Angeles County Bar Association members who handled presentations of expert testimony in light of the Sanchez case and the do’s and don’ts of effective advocacy from the Court’s perspective. Mendell role-played the cross-examination of the child custody evaluator on the panel ‘Direct & Cross Examination – Custody Evaluator.’
